Scripture Reading: Colossians 3:12-14
“Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.”‭‭
Questions for Reflection:
How does Paul instruct us to act toward others? While these are principles for living in Christian community in general, these truths apply to how we parent as well. How can you implement these instructions in your life? What is the primary thing we should be concerned with putting on? What does love do according to verse 14? Pray through these verses and mentally place these attributes in your life today.
