Week 2

Austin Maxheimer   -

Worship, Love, Compassion
1.  Before you heard the talk, what was your concept of Jesus?  Has it changed?  If so, in what way?
2. What aspects of the evidence presented did you find convincing/not convincing?
3.  Who do you think Jesus is?
4.  If you had a chance to meet Jesus, how would you feel and what would you say to Him?

Application:
Helping each other
At the heart of Christianity is forgiveness.  A Christian is someone who forgives the inexcusable in others because God has forgiven the inexcusable in me.  During this group time, it’s possible you may hear ideas or concepts that you do not agree with.  How shall we behave when this occurs?
Helping people far from God
The video gave us 3 logical possibilities of Jesus’ claim (He actually is God):
1. It was not true. He knew it was not true. He was a fraud.
2. It was not true. He genuinely thought it was. He was deluded, insane.
3. It was true.
Work through these possibilities and be able to articulate them to someone far from God.
