The Damage of Unforgiveness

Mark Weaver   -

Unforgiveness is damaging and destructive for the person who needs to forgive. Until you forgive the one who needs to be forgiven, the unforgiveness will negatively impact your life and the lives of those around you in ways you don’t even know. The Father Effect

Many years ago I experienced a miraculous healing that was spiritual, emotional, and relational. The reason it was miraculous is that it changed my life and the life of many others. It continues to bear fruit through many generations.

Interestingly it started with the recognition of a condemning word and action towards me when I was young. Once this was revealed, the next step was one of forgiveness. My healing was instantaneous. I never talked to the offender about their words and actions. But interestingly the life of the offender started to change at that time and culminated in their life being transformed over time.

Binding and Loosing

Unforgiveness spiritually tethers us to one another and restricts each of our abilities to heal.

“I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” Matthew 16:19

I believe that not only was I loosed, but so was the other person. The satanic bonds were broken and healing came to both of us.

Ask God to not only reveal who you need to forgive, but that healing may come to both of you.

Lord, You are our Physician. You can break the bonds that cut off our life’s circulation. Break the bonds and heal our hearts. Thank You! Amen
