Scripture Reading: Ephesians 6:10-12
“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.”
Questions for Reflection:
As Paul wraps up his letter to the church in Ephesus, what commands does he give them? He commands them to be strong. Whose strength does he instruct them to draw on? Why does he tell them this? When are you tempted to draw on your own strength rather than his? Spend time today in prayer asking God to give you the grace to draw on his strength in whatever you face today.
