Worship, Love, Compassion
1. Read all of Ephesians 4 out loud together as a Team. As you read it, pay attention to the themes and overall message being delivered by Paul to the church at Ephesus. Find words and phrases that are repeated or given special emphasis. Share your observations together as a Team when done.
2. What does “speaking the truth in love” really mean? What does that look like in practice? What are the components of a relationship that make it even possible? How can you apply this to your life? To your Mission Team?
3. Let’s look at the two book-end verses in chapter 4: (1) How can “walking in a manner worthy of your calling” on this Mission Team? What does that look like in real life? (2) Where does forgiveness come from? How can we forgive others? Give one good example and one bad example from your own life.

Helping People Far From God Experience Jesus
Throughout the last two series we have been acknowledging the fact that the church has a perception problem in our culture. Many view it as lame. At least part of that is that they don’t see the church having fun! Their only experience of church is Sunday morning in a building. Take a look at calendar in our community. There’s lots going on, it’s summer! Make a plan to go as a Team to one thing in the month of June.
