1. Read Ephesians 2:1-10 out loud. Now, read it out loud again and pay close attention to any time it says “In/With Christ”. Make a list of the things mentioned in this passage of God has done for us in Christ. How does this shape our own identities? How should this shape how we treat others?
2. Part of loving each other on Teams is simply knowing everyone on your Team’s story. Share with everyone where you went to High School, and what was your favorite thing about your experience there?
3. What areas of your life do you feel like you have a God’s Eye view? What areas do you have a Self Eye view in your daily life?
Helping One Another Experience Jesus
A difficult part of the Christian faith is letting our heavenly realities transform our daily actions. You can start right with your own team. Here’s an exercise: List out all the “duties” you perform on your Mission Team. Now have a discussion about how the Gospel–the Good News of Jesus–should effect how you go about these duties. Is there anything you need to change? Prioritize? Add to your Team?

Revisit your discussion from Question #3. Work together as a Team to figure out how you would explain both the God’s Eye view and the Self Eye view to someone Exploring Christianity.
