Easter 2015

One Life Network   -

Worship, Love, Compassion
1. Ephesians 2:13 says, “But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Jesus.” As a Team, share some of your stories about being far off…and being brought near. If you still feel far off, where are you at in the journey?
2. The Church is supposed to be known for their love for one another. Why do you think the perception from people outside the Church is often the exact opposite? How can you start being known for your love for one another right there on your Mission Team?
3. Bret talked about the wall around the temple that separated the Jews and Gentiles (non-jews). What are some of the walls we put up in our lives that keep us from interacting with non-christians and showing them the love of Jesus?
Application
Helping one another experience Jesus
We encourage communion to be observed and practiced on Mission Teams. There is no better week to observe the Lord’s Supper.
Helping people far from God experience Jesus
The next series title is “Why Church, when Church is so lame?” How would you answer that? Work together as a Team on how you would answer if someone at work next week asked you that exact question?
