Scripture Reading: Ephesians 6:16-17
“In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.”
Questions for Reflection:
Yesterday we began looking at the armor of God that Paul describes in Ephesians. It was an illustration to remind the Ephesians of all that he had taught them. Today we are going to focus in on the “shield of faith.” What is faith? What does Paul say that faith can do for us? How can faith protect you? We try and share examples of this through stories at One Life. Watch Marsha Luttrell’s story below.
